We invite abstracts for both oral and poster presentation by the closing date of 18th December 2020 (11.59 pm).  Late Breaking Abstracts for POSTER ONLY will be accepted until 31st January 2021.

Please provide no later than 31st January:

your poster in high resolution (> 300 dpi) in either png or jpg formats.

For best visualisation, please make your poster in a proportion of 2:1 (a ratio of 2 in width to 1 in height) but other proportions can work as well.

Your poster presentation will be interactive via the Gather platform and also available for display and download on the Attendify platform for the duration of the conference.

You will be issued a number and a poster “session” on a particular day:  you are to "stand" by your poster in Gather during the allocated session where other attendees may come and video call you.

Detailed instructions will be sent closer to the conference date.

Please provide no later than 31st January:

a pre-recorded video of 2 min MAXIMUM in which you present your poster (one slide) it can be an image behind you or you can talk to the image. This video will be integrated into the fast-forward sessions.    There are many free screen recording software, such as Zoom, Screencast-o-matic, and Free Cam.

1. Authors of research papers who wish to have their abstracts considered for inclusion in the scientific programs must submit their abstract online having regard to the closing dates in the Call for Abstracts and on the Abstract submission site. Abstracts submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

2. The detailed formatting instructions below must be followed for the abstract to appear in the program book.

3. The acceptance, timing, presentation and discussion of all papers and posters is at the discretion of the Program Committee. Notification of the timing of presentations will appear in correspondence sent to all successful authors.

4. AUTHORS MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED FOR THE MEETING BY 31ST JANUARY 2021 FOR THEIR ABSTRACT TO APPEAR IN THE PUBLICATIONS. We DO NOT publish abstracts from anyone not fully registered or attending the meeting.
